Welcome 2023 Vendors! Please read the below instructions
Unless you hear from us to the contrary then you are accepted and will be a participant in our 2023 event!
For vendors whose company only allows one per event we will contact you if someone has already signed up.
Here is what you need to know about setting up for the Stone Crab Jam on November 4th 2023. Please read carefully!
With so many vendors we are unable to answer individual questions and most concerns can be addressed at check in on Saturday morning. We will have volunteers onsite to assist with directing you in all areas of the venue.
In order to accommodate everyone we have renumbered some of the spots so if your number isn’t what you expected don’t worry.
Please enter from Hwy 19 at Walgreens / 3rd ave. You will not be permitted on Citrus Ave from Hwy 19. All other roads will be closed. Use this address in your GPS. There will be signs near Walgreens to help you.
Do not attempt to enter Citrus Ave – it WILL NOT be open.
We will be on the corner with a check in tent, list of names and cards with your assigned spaces to give you.
You will be given your actual spot number at check in along with passes for your workers. Any location and special requests have already been considered as well as power and water needs.
Food vendors (actually preparing food onsite) are allowed in at 7am
Non food vendors will be allowed in at 8:30am
Nonprofits are allowed in at 9am
The Cigar Lounge, Barefoot Bluewater Boutique and Lifesouth may arrive at 7am with food vendors due to your size.
Please adhere to those times. They are set up to allow food vendors to set up and move vehicles and trailers from the street to allow easy entry.
Other vendors will not be allowed in before your time.
All methods of entry close at 10:30 and all vendors must be checked in. You will not be allowed in after that time. If you are running late please let us know by texting 352-601-0935 the morning of the JAM.
Vendor IDs will be given to allow workers in but you must meet them at the gate with the badges or they will be charged an entry fee.
Vendor spots are 10×10 except for food which is 20×10. Please stay in your assigned area and look for volunteers with clipboards to assist with your location.
Vendor parking location will be given at check in as well
