Welcome 2025 Vendors! Please read the below instructions

Unless you hear from us to the contrary then you are accepted and will be a participant in our 2025 event!

For vendors whose company only allows one per event, please indicate such in the application comments. We will contact you if someone has already signed up.

Water accommodation: water is only provided to vendors who sell stone crab or upon special request.

Here is what you need to know about setting up for the Stone Crab Jam on November 1st 2025. Please read carefully!

With so many vendors we are unable to answer individual questions and most concerns can be addressed at check in on Saturday morning. We will have volunteers onsite to assist with directing you in all areas of the venue.

In order to accommodate everyone, we have renumbered some of the spots so if your number isn’t what you expected don’t worry.
